  • Full refund of any prepaid service fees
  • Option to reschedule at no additional cost
  • Credit applied to your account for future services

24-48 Hours Notice

  • 50% refund of prepaid service fees
  • Option to reschedule with a small rescheduling fee

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

  • No refund available
  • Service credit may be offered at our discretion

No-Show Policy

Digital Products and Style Guides

Digital style guides and lookbooks provided as part of our services:
